GUARANTEE / WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Here you can find our terms regarding guarantee and warranty:
Guarantee
voluntary commitment by the manufacturer or dealer that goes beyond the obligation arising from the purchase contract. Claims for defects in the purchased goods are guaranteed by law. The dealer must refund or replace defective goods or services. Beginning of warranty is always the date on delivery note.
Warranty
Liability for the item itself, but not for consequential damages. This is the seller's statutory liability for defects that the goods already have at the time of handover, even if this defect only becomes apparent later. If defects arise anew only after handover, this is not a warranty. The period for movable goods is 2 years. Beginning of warranty is always the date on delivery note.
